Soon after the apocalypse, the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College became a safe haven for the citizens of Green Bay. It had plenty of supplies to sustain a number of people. Throughout the years, people have been converting the classrooms and laboratories into apartments suitable for living. The inhabitants are mostly the merchants that trade at the Lambeau Bazaar, but there are other citizens there too. It is a spacious college eight buildings all connected by underground tunnels dug by the inhabitants. They have shut all access to the outside save for one entrance on the south of the campus. This entrance is heavily guarded due to the number of supplies inside. The rest of the campus is lightly guarded because the inhabitants trust their security measures. Again, cars that had been left in the parking lots were stack to create a barricade surrounding the facility, and only the gatekeepers can allow access. To get into the campus, one must get through the gate keepers, and then through the security guards stationed around the front door.
